Wow! the security near the United Nations was very tight, but we made it on time.

I met with Ms. Keiko Itokazu came from Okinawa to
participate the Indigenous People's Meeting today.
Keiko Itokazu is a member of the House of Councilors in the Japanese Diet.
We also met with Mr. Shisei Toma, the Association of  Indigenous Peoples in the Ryukyu.

糸数慶子議員、国連の先住民族会議で
３分間のスピーチで沖縄の現状を報告されたそうです。
わたしたちの集まりでもスピーチされておりました。
明日は大統領をむかえての会議だそうです。

We performed Okinawan folk songs and Okinawan dances.
