Today's Dinner

I try to eat more vegetables during summer time.
Today's dinner,  I cooked Yellow Squash Salad with tomato, Green Squash soup, and Curry of Pork, cucumber and egg plant.
 
The squash salad is very tasty with Sesame and Soy-source based salad dressing.
 
 
Brown rice with vegetable curry
 
 I used chicken broth for the soup.
 
今日の夕食は、かぼちゃのスープ、かぼちゃのサラダ
茄子と胡瓜と豚肉のカレー炒めを作ってみました。
毎日最低5種類の野菜を食べましょう!
