This is a part of the Multinational Culture Festival of NY 2015, sponsored/organized by the Asian-American Cultural Circle of Unity; the day will include performances by 15 other cultures and myself .

Cleaning Home and found fan letters

The Jewish Holidays are coming soon and my mother-in-law will be visiting NY this weekend, so I am cleaning the guest room and the house today.

I found painting and letters sent by my fans.

We live in the 21st century and use social media like 

Facebook, Twitter and email to send information as fast as we can.

Take a minute and think about the people who do not use

internet or email at all. Or people who do not use PCs 
or smart phones at all. 

My fans who write letters and send paintings do not

use PCs. 

They are rare, aren't they?

These are the painting, letters and cards which I received from 

my fan club members over the last 10 years. 

Thank you so much for following my dance and music 

activities. 

大掃除の日にふと思うこと。

週末からホリデー祝日の為

義理母がフロリダからやってきます。

そんな日、

ファンクラブから送られてきた絵や葉書の山を見つる。

今の時代に、

こうやって

わざわざ手書きの絵を書いて送ってくれたり

ホリデーカードやファンクラブカードを書いて

送ってくれるファンたちを大事にしないといけないと

痛切に感じる日でした。

実のところ、彼等はＰＣを使用していないのです。

従って、わたしは毎回公演のお知らせを

手紙で通知しているのです。

信じられないかもしれませんね。

Video Shooting at Japan Society

I visited the Japan Society to join their video shooting this afternoon. 
The theme of today's video was an introduction of Okinawan language which is a part of their Uki Uki language series.

Their Japanese language instructor, Ms. Kurahara,and I were talked about the Okinawan culture and Okinawan language.  

The video shooting was held on the stage.
